All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received before items are shipped.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Free shipping applies to orders over $50 within the continental United States. International orders may be subject to customs fees.
4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return.
5. Lifetime Warranty
GLOW tumblers are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your tumbler ever fails to hold temperature due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and loss or theft are not covered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of GLOW or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
